Emily Bett Rickards (born July 24 on the 24th of July, 1992) is an actress from Canada. She has played Felicity on The CW Television Series Arrow. Rickards was born and raised within British Columbia. To begin her professional career, she began by dancing and musical theater hoping to eventually introducing more formal acting. She graduated from the Acting Essentials Programme at Vancouver Film School. Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. Once she was done with the program it was time to attend an audition that was open and she was signed. Alida Vocal Studio is located in Vancouver.
